The 36th Anniversary of the Establishment of a Permanent Parliament in Mongolia
Members of the State Baga Khural, political and social figures, and the Secretariat of the State Great Khural donated books to the National Library of Mongolia.
Dr. (Ph.D.) and Professor J. Byambadorj—a former member of the State Baga Khural and State Great Khural and former Deputy Speaker of the State Great Khural—and Dr. G. Tuyagerel, Scientific Secretary of the Parliamentary Research and Development Institute, presented the keynote address at the academic conference titled "Open Parliament: Development and Trends of Parliamentarism."
Academician R. Gonchigdorj—former Vice President of the MPR and Chairman of the State Baga Khural, recipient of the Order of Chinggis Khaan, Honored Scientist of Mongolia—summarized the conference proceedings and emphasized the need for a detailed, scholarly study of the concept of parliamentary openness.
